Introduction

On its heights, the Camonica valley is separated from the valley del Sole by the Passo del Tonale, between the alpine peaks of the Gavia, the Adamello or the Pizzo dei Tre Signori. Besides its legendary passes for cyclists, this area has several ski resorts, with a territory partly in the Adamello and Stelvio nature parks.
